Do you screen print your designs in the USA?
Our shirts screen printed in the USA in our own manufacturing plant. The PIPELINE® tee is a comfortable fit and if you like your shirt a little loose, consider ordering a size larger than what you would normally wear.

What payment methods does PIPELINE® accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, however we require payment via bank transfer before shipping! No credit card orders are accepted. We Ship World Wide with the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you want to purchase some PIPELINE® product, give us a shout with an email for shipping and payment details to customerservice@pipelinegear.com and we'll see what we can do.
How is my order shipped?
PIPELINE® uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. We ship from our central warehouse in Compton, California. Our carriers include FedEx, United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, and will normally ship in 2-3 business days after that. Orders are shipped by FedEx, United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service You will receive an email notification once your ordered has been shipped. If the PIPELINE® product ordered is currently out of stock and back ordered, we will immediately notify you via email.
Do you charge sales tax?
No. Unless you live in sunny California, that is, in which case you will be charged sales tax on your order. Sorry, it's the law!
Why did I have to pay a customs fee when I picked up my order?
Some countries charge fees for packages delivered from the USA. PIPELINE® is not responsible for customs or other import fees that International countries may levy on arrival of your package. Check and see if you will be charged fees for an incoming package from the USA before you order.
I haven't received my package yet.
First, see "How long will it take to receive my order" above. If you haven't received your order within the time frame as described, then let us know asap! Provide us with the details: your name and order number and email it to customerservice@pipelinegear.com.
I placed an order but it was cancelled. What happened?
Our secure ordering system requires that your billing address matches the credit card number you provided. Make sure you provide the accurate information when filling out your order.
What is your return policy? Can I exchange the product I purchased?
All purchases are non-refundable. If you are not 100% satisfied with your PIPELINE® product, email us within 10 days of receipt and we will exchange it for something else free of charge. We allow one exchange per order. You will be responsible for the return shipping but we will pay for shipping the exchange product back to you. We will not ship the new product until we receive the one you are exchanging. It must be in original condition (unwashed, unworn) and must be received within 30 days of your original order. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period. All sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable. If we made a mistake with your order, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the product back to us and the cost of shipping you a replacement.
Is your website secure?
Yes. For your protection, we do not store your credit card information at any time. We never share any of your information with third parties. (For more detailed information, view our Privacy Statement). We offer full SSL protection when information is being transferred from you to us during the checkout process.
I own a surf shop. How can I buy product for my store?
Currently we only sell direct to retail stores in Hawaii and on the mainland.
